Job description:

Responsibilities:
Ensure the transportation of import, export, and transit cargoes, including thorough research of freight rates and terminals usage conditions;
Obtain accurate cargo information from clients and suppliers, collect and verify the accompanying documentation for orders, and maintain proper archiving of documents;
Facilitate contracts for transportation, forwarding, and other related services;
Prepare regular reports on the shipments;
Regularly improve geographical and other relevant knowledge to compare tariffs of various routes.
Qualification requirements:
2-year work experience in the field of logistics;
Higher education: Knowledge of container transportation is an advantage;
Analytical and logical thinking: Skills in logistics planning and organization;
Relevant work experience in the field: Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
Extensive knowledge of wagon and container transportation;
Strong sales skills.
