Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate international and local freight shipments.
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients.
Plan transportation routes and monitor delivery schedules.
Source transportation providers and obtain competitive freight rates.
Coordinate shipments from origin to final destination.
Ensure compliance with transportation and operational requirements.
Maintain shipment records, reports, and logistics databases.
Support documentation processes related to transportation and logistics activities.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company.
Experience in freight coordination, transportation planning, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of international logistics and Incoterms.
Experience with road, sea, rail, and air freight transportation.
Good command of English for business correspondence and communication with international partners.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
