We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist responsible for finding reliable suppliers, securing competitive prices, negotiating terms, and sourcing materials and services for our production, branding, and event projects. The role focuses on cost optimization, supplier management, and ensuring the best combination of price, quality, and delivery time.

Responsibilities

• Find the best prices and suppliers for production and event materials
• Compare suppliers, negotiate prices and payment terms
• Source products locally and internationally, including from China, UAE and other markets
• Build and maintain a reliable supplier network
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure the best balance of price, quality and delivery time

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or purchasing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to find and compare suppliers and prices
• Experience with local/international suppliers
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Azerbaijani language is a must, English/Russian is a plus
• Proactive, cost-focused mindset
