We are looking for an experienced and independent professional who will be fully responsible for the company’s accounting and tax records, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with applicable legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Full management of the company’s accounting and tax records;
Preparation and submission of tax reports (VAT, excise tax, social contributions) to the State Tax Service, State Social Protection Fund, and statistical authorities;
Monitoring the correct calculation and timely payment of taxes and mandatory payments;
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
Management and control of accounts receivable and accounts payable;
Official online correspondence and communication with government authorities;
Accounting for the movement, write-off, and sale of goods and materials;
Full control of payroll calculations, vacations, sick leave, and business trips;
Management and control of operations in 1C 8.3 (production, warehouse, and sales);
Monitoring the proper accounting of inventories and fixed assets;
Preparation of financial data and documentation for audits and inspections;
Carrying out management requests and participating in the optimization of financial processes.

Requirements:

Higher education in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field;
2–3+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant / Chief Accountant;
Excellent knowledge of 1C 8.3 and strong proficiency in MS Excel;
In-depth knowledge of tax and labor legislation;
Experience with independently closing accounting periods and submitting financial and tax reports;
Strong analytical skills, high level of responsibility, and attention to detail;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
