Onshore mexanik mühəndis

Work Location: Base Office, approximately 30 km from Baku city centre

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani
• Strong understanding of mechanical construction sequences for onshore plants

Practical knowledge of:

• Underground piping
• Steel structures and piping prefabrication
• Piping erection and assembly
• Machinery and static equipment positioning
• Hydrotesting and reinstatement activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical construction activities
• Ensure works are executed safely and in accordance with project quality and contractual requirements
• Verify availability of drawings and materials for efficient work execution
• Support subcontractors and site personnel in interpreting drawings and resolving technical issues
• Supervise mechanical works and ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Coordinate mechanical completion activities and ensure closure of relevant punch-list items
• Prepare and coordinate detailed work programs
• Coordinate assigned human and technical resources
• Monitor work progress, installed quantities and manpower
• Provide quantitative data for weekly progress reports
• Identify and highlight engineering issues encountered in the field
• Organize work areas to improve HSE performance and overall efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with company HSEQ policies, procedures and requirements
