Conditions:

• Work location: Azerbaijan, Baku, ISR Plaza
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week / 5-day working week
• This position is open to citizens of Azerbaijan due to local hiring regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Company and Client Procedures.
• Carry out the offshore surveys required to establish initial data to initiate design/development activities.
• Prepare the Offshore Design Survey Report in association with the Lead Discipline Designer and Discipline Engineer.
• Develop and prepare all necessary design drawings, job cards and commissioning documentation in association with the Lead Discipline Designer and Discipline engineer.
• Assist in the preparation of all project related equipment and materials procurement documentation.
• Carry out inspections as required of onshore procured materials and fabricated items.
• Assist in the supervision of sub-contract installation personnel carrying out inspections, repairs and installation of process systems and structures, with regard to engineering projects.
• Attend scheduled trainings
• Share experience and knowledge with new employees
• Submit regular reports as per requirements of appropriate work-related procedures
• Respect the confidentiality of work-related information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in piping engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of piping design, layout development, material selection, stress analysis, and piping specifications.
• Proficiency in international codes and standards such as ASME B31.1/B31.3, ASME Section VIII, API, ASTM, ISO, and related engineering standards.
• Experience in preparation and review of piping deliverables including P&IDs, piping layouts, isometrics, material requisitions, specifications, and technical evaluations.
• Familiarity with 3D design software and engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, PDMS/E3D, Caesar II, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance requirements for piping systems.
• Ability to perform technical reviews, resolve engineering issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience in managing engineering activities, supervising junior engineers, and coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
