Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and update operation and maintenance procedures for infrastructure mechanical systems (HVAC, water systems, heating, cooling, steam, etc.).
• Ensure the efficient operation of the systems under their responsibility.
• Perform maintenance of the assigned systems and ensure that all related documentation is complete and up to date.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts.
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements in all assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate of a relevant high school, vocational college, or university program.
• English language knowledge (preferred).
• Knowledge of infrastructure systems, including HVAC, heating, cooling, gas distribution systems, and related utilities.
• Knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment when required.
• Ability to work under demanding conditions when necessary.
