- Understanding and applying the knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Understanding and applying the knowledge of International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards (IAS and IFRS)
- Leading audits and reviewing audit work performed by junior staff
- Performing more complex sections assigned and preparation of audit work papers
- Effectively communicating with the client personnel and engagement team
- Assisting senior in-charge and / or manager on different client and engagement matters
- Allocating work in accordance with audit qualification levels to ensure the due performance of an engagement
- Informing seniors in-charge, managers and partners in due time of audit results. In the event of audit-related issues, making suggestions to resolve them in accordance with Bakertilly requirements
- Preparing audit engagement deliverables in accordance with Bakertilly policies and procedures, indicating all weaknesses discovered during the work process and making suggestions to management to address them
