- Own and manage the cross-functional team backlog.
- Map, analyze and redesign business and customer processes required for new channels and initiatives.
- Coordinate business requirements and outputs of the ongoing CRM and loyalty projects, ensuring alignment with transformation priorities.
- Track initiative milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and owners.
- Measure implementation progress and business impact against company KPIs.
- Prepare materials and analysis for the Weekly Commercial Committee and ensure follow-up of agreed actions.
- Support the Team in developing the 2027–2029 strategy and transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into executable initiativesnd cross-functional working sessions.
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional working sessions.
